We provide Basic support services for our themes to members with active License through our support form. The Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us in regards to our products (WordPress themes) and services.
Product Updates are available to license holders who have an active license key. Updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active. Updates are available for One (1) year from the date of purchase. After one year is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support and updates for the items purchased. If you don’t renew your license, you can still use the themes you’ve purchased and your theme will remain functional at the latest version that you have. However you will no longer have access to theme updates, any file downloads, or support.
Our themes are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress. Please ensure that you always use the most current version of our themes.
Since our shop sells non-tangible digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged, we sadly cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to thoroughly review the theme demos, and features to see whether it matches your requirements or not.
By signing up for a Scissor Themes account or making a purchase at Scissor Themes, you agree to be contacted by Scissor Themes with regard to announcements, bug fixes, product updates, product releases, and promotional offers. You can opt out of any promotional communication at any time.
